1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

2 tbsp Oliva di Vita Chocolate Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 oz shaved dark chocolate

Fresh mint (optional garnish)
Directions

Warm the base: Toast flatbread at 375°F (190°C) for ~5 minutes until lightly crisp.

Spread the creamy layer: Add mascarpone or ricotta evenly while still warm.

Top generously: Scatter berries and shaved chocolate over the flatbread.
