Ginger-Black Garlic Infused Olive Oil Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ginger & Black Garlic Stir Fry from Oliva di Vita

Ingredients:
– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tablespoons Oliva di Vita Ginger-Black Garlic Infused Olive Oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon cornstarch
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Cooked rice, for serving
– Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.
