Our Peruvian Reserve is a Koroneiki dominant single estate
crush resulting from fruit picked simultaneously and crushed
together. This masterful cuvée contains Koroneiki, Picual, and
Picholine with pronounced notes of green banana, tomato leaf,
and baking spice. An intense pepper and fleeting bitterness follow the creamy center.
