Our refund and exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
We cannot accept returns of our food or personal care products but if they are damaged in shipping we can offer an exchange.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the packing box and damage.
We do not accept shipping returns.
