This confectionary white balsamic condimento is aged for up to 12 years in Madena, Italy. It’s made from creamy, sultry Madagascar Vanilla and bright, fruity Cara Cara Orange. It is absolutely delightful with chocolate, fruit salad, in sparking water, mixed drinks, or drizzled over yogurt and vanilla ice cream. It pairs well with the fruity notes typically found in Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and it also excellent blended with the Organic, all natural Butter Olive Oil. Use this blend over oatmeal, cream of wheat, pancakes or waffles.

Those who remember the Orange Dreamsicle will be reminded of this childhood delight with one taste of this special balsamic. Some even think it reminds them of cream soda. In any case, it pairs well with many of the EVOOs and with the Blood Orange fused olive oil for a great unique fruit salad dressing.
