- Chicken breasts or thighs
- Oliva di Vita Butter Infused Olive Oil
- Garlic (fresh or powder)
- Salt
- Black pepper

Instructions
1. Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic, salt, and black pepper.
2. Heat the pan
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1–2 tablespoons Butter Fused Olive Oil.
3. Cook the chicken
Place chicken in the pan and cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).
4. Finish (optional)
Add a small drizzle of butter olive oil at the end for extra richness. Optional squeeze of lemon for balance.
