Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 2 tablespoons Oliva di Vita Butter Infused Olive Oil

Instructions
1. Deglaze the pan
After cooking your chicken, remove it from the skillet and lower the heat to medium. Add chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
