Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, zucchini)
- 3 tbsp Oliva di Vita Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss chicken and veggies with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm, and try not to act too surprised when everyone thinks you’re a gourmet chef.
