Popcorn Cake
Ingredients:
3 quarts popped pop-corn
1 lb. gumdrops
½ lb. salted peanuts (or any type of nut)
1 bag M&Ms
1/8 cup BLOOD ORANGE Olive Oil
1/8 cup vegetable oil
¼ cup butter
1 large bag marshmallows
Directions:
Melt oils, butter and marshmallows in microwave or over low heat.
Add popped corn, gumdrops and salted peanuts. Stir well.
Wait a few minutes before adding the M&Ms, so they don’t melt.
Mix and put in greased bundt pan or several small loaf pans. (Wrap in plastic wrap with a bow
for a great gift!)
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Invert onto plate and serve. Use a knife to help loosen the edges.
When possible, use M&Ms and gumdrops in holiday colors to match the season.
